Interview Coaching

An Interview Coaching session is appropriate for a client who needs to either brush up on interview skills or who has limited experience interviewing. Many types of interview questions will be covered. Interviews can be tailored for a targeted position or more general preparation. Advice on interview attire can also be provided. An Interview Coaching session is handled either by phone or in person.

• Prior to scheduling a session, a 10 minute free phone consultation is required to learn more about your needs and to see if we would like to continue working together.

• An interview coaching session lasts approximately one hour, either by phone or in a public location (coffee shop, etc.) in the Springfield, MO area.

• A copy of your resume and 1-2 job descriptions representative of the type of jobs desired should be emailed to me prior to the appointment.

• Select practice questions (but not every question) will be emailed to you ahead of time for you to review and practice.

• I will facilitate a mock interview where immediate guidance and feedback is provided. An additional summary with notes from our meeting will be provided to you via email after the meeting.

• As time allows, we can discuss your resume or other job search questions and strategies.

• Payment is due at the time of the coaching session through PayPal. 10% discount if a resume service is also purchased.
